Roxy - the doe is now coming up for 11 years old so I kind of let her off only have a single

, although I hope her daughter (who is rising 6) will throw her usual twins. Then I've got one from a different line who usually throws twins and then another home bred female who threw triplets as a first kidder, so hoping for a multiple from her too

I've got a difficult decision to make about one other doe though

. She had a bad kidding 3 years ago and I gave her a year off; last year she came into season was duly covered but nothing happened and the same thing has happened this year although she doesn't like standing for the buck now. Spoke to the vet who thinks could try an eostrogen injection but she knows the whole history and isn't too positive about the outcome
