First pork
« on: November 30, 2012, 08:48:12 pm »
Meat was cut on Tuesday and since then we have had cereal for dinner/supper; eaten out; and had soup lol. But tonight we actually ate some chops.  Delicious, sweet, tender meat.  Far, far, far exceeded my expectations (I'm more of a ham/bacon lover) but wow.  Def recommend Berkshire pork

Glad you found the pork so good. Makes your little hiccups along the way seem much more worthwhile, hopefully.
I've certainly taken in lots of tips with reading your posts. Hope I do as well as you when we eventually find somewhere to keep pigs.
