A great idea for a chicken coop - recycled trampolene

Being a complete convert to the 'reduce, re-use, recycle' way of doing things I LOVE this

What's even better is that I actually have a redundant trampolene in bits in the garden  :excited: :excited: :excited:
Guess what I'm going to have a go at (after the horse poo drying rack  ;):innocent:

Thought you might like to see it

Presumably when they are in the bit on top they get to have a bounce too  :roflanim:

Ha, what a good idea.

Thanks Sally, now I've got this ridiculous image in my head of bouncing, squawking, flapping chickens  :D

Just make sure it's weighed down.... trampolenes have a habit of flying into the next field when there is a bit of wind.... at least round here.

Don't wrestle with pigs, they will love it and you will just get all muddy.

You can weigh them down by filling those huge water containers up and tying them to the tramploine. They are as light as a feather when the wind is under them.  Great idea.

I'd always fancied using ours eventually as a big shaded chicken run for summer time. Got a long wait though.....it is still in everyday use!
