Most people do but I cannot stand the taste of hung meat (shut up deepinthewoods :-J :D )
it does mean it's not quite as tender, but I don't mind :thumbsup:

We might have to eat them Cayuga's too CW.... and I am not convinced they are Cayuga's......... cayugas are normally a sheeny greeny black. One of these I can see Mallard undertones and the others are dark browny!

That's for sure, plus great company - I really miss mine but I'm too scared of that damn fox to get more.   :'( :'( Freckles was desperately trying to get under the fence to the paddock this morning so i eventually let her through and she went hunting like there was no tomorrow.  I reckon Foxy Loxy had been back for a nosey! :rant:
