Only Sandy has been in touch so that just leaves Townie and Junior Townie.  Are you coming? We may get more people interested if we make it a later time too - 7pm certainly suits me better - is that OK with you Sandie?  I have made a start on some cards - localised ones.  Can I also suggest if anyone has done any crafts before, that they take a sample with them and some bits and pieces for the others to have a go?
If anyone wants to come round tomorrow send me a pm for directions.  It's supposed to be better weather tomorrow so hopefully not so much rain!
Annie

Hello all again, what time, I think I know where you are, I will look out for the Ducks!!! I bought the car when the weather had been dry for a while and as soon as it rains there are puddles on the floor and rain comes through the ariel point and the sun roof, I think I wasted my money but I had not had a car for ages and missed out on lot's of things...I can now take the dogs further afield and actualy see some of Scotland and I am very impressed!

Last call for Thursday craft group - 7 pm, off old Alloa/Clacks road, turn into Brucefield Crescent estate - cross railway line and turn right.  Ducks may not be visible as my new fence and shed should be up by then.  But the huge expanse of grass and the pink paintwork should help!  Oh, and the big dog barking might also give it away. ;)

Hi Everyone...

Sorry I've not got back to you all sooner, I wont be able to make it through this evening as I have car problems my Oh forgot to renew insurance  ::)  .

Hopefully will have this sorted out for the end of the month tho.

I'll keep popping in and catching up with this post and things should be fine to either make it to the next one or even host it.

Have a lovely evening, i'll be thinking about you all

Hello all, I am keen to get some craft stuff now and realy  hope lot's of people come and bring thier stuff and ideas. I used to make all sorts but Fluffywelshsheep has got lots of good stuff and advice. I had an idea to frame the paintings, charity shops or freecycle have cheap or free ones then you could paint pictures or mount stuff like in card making and fit them to the frames rather than the other way around. I may get some more air drying clay, I loved that but it is a bit messy but OK for my kitchen. I look forward to the next meeting and we can turn ourselves into busy little christmas elves, maybe ideas to make our own decorations as well as cards.
See you all soon I hope, Sandra

I've made a start on my Christmas cards.  I usually look on Lakeland and Papertole websites in their bargains section for craft items.  They're usually fairly cheap  I buy die cut decoupage sheets - you get three projects for 99p, add 50 blank cards for £5 and a couple of sheets of peel offs at 75p and you can make cards for less than 50p each.  Very quick to do - no cutting, just sticky pad the layers together and sticky pad to the card.
I'll bring the items along and you can try, Sandy.
