Due to the sluggish property market our wonderful Smallholding in Normandy France is now up for rental, or would exchange for a rental on a Smallholding anywhere in England and Wales.
We have a large 3/4 bed house, Stables, outbuildings, plenty of offroad parking,wildfowl pond, poultry runs and up to 6hectares (14acres) of flat well fenced land.
If anyone would like more details please email me for a website link, also if anyone has a property they wish to rent with a 2/3/4 bed house, outbuildings, a couple of acres for 3 outdoor ponies,  a small dog, 2 cats and 2 rather mature adults I would be keen to hear from you.

The price is very negotiable and depends on whether you want a few acres or the whole 14.  Excellent outriding lovely countryside, friendly neighbours and only 5 mins from shops docs, services, vets etc etc.
Less than an hour from ferry ports at Caen and Le Havre, 3hours from Eurotunnel.
All propositions considered as we really must be back in the UK for family reasons.
