Skimmed milk...what can I do with it?!
« on: October 04, 2012, 08:04:58 pm »
I seperate my milk to get the lovely cream (I'm a butterscotch ice cream addict!!) but wondered what else I can make with the skimmed (or semi skimmed  ???) milk?  Can I use it for cheese or yoghurt?  Or maybe something else entirely, other than the animals getting it.

Drink it.  It will help you lose the weight that the ice cream will put on.   :roflanim:   Sound  yummy btw.  How do you make it?

Ahhhh the ice cream is fantastically fabulous just THE best and actually I'm sure the cream isn't as fattening once its been frozen.... :-J

But more importantly.....the recipe!

That ice cream looks  :yum: :yum: .  All I need now is  a skimmer and an ice cream maker.
