Ducks / Wood chippings
« on: October 04, 2012, 04:23:13 pm »
Just a general question, my duck area is very muddy due to recent excessive rain fall
Wanted to dry out area a little so was thinking about Wood/Barck chippings to dry and dry
it out.  Would these be harmful to the ducks if they ate them?

My post - duck enclosure - also covers this and might be worth a look!

I was told not to use bark chippings for ducks as they try to eat them and they get stuck, especially from treated wood.
Always have been, always will be, a WYSIWYG - black is black, white is white - no grey in my life! But I'm mellowing in my old age
