First Farmers Market was a Success!

Wooo Hooo!!
Ginger Cat Willow was launched today at a Rode Hall Market in Congleton
The willow sculptures were really well recieved and we have loads of orders for chickens and pigs, alot of backyard small holders LOVED them  :excited:
Miniature Falabella, Pygmy Goat, 2 Glouster Old Spots, 1 Long Island Red, 1 Light Sussex, 1 Dark Sussex, 1 Silkie, 1 Magpie Duck and hopefully some more chicks and ducklings due to hatch soon!

I love 'em too but I'll need to do a few more farmers markets of my own before I can afford them  :'( ;)

WF those are amazing.  I thought the hens and ponies were real ones, until, having seen the pigs, I enlarged the photos.  They are just so lifelike.

Don't listen to the money men - they know the price of everything and the value of nothing

Live in a cohousing community with small farm for our own use.  Dairy cows (rearing their own calves for beef), pigs, sheep for meat and fleece, ducks and hens for eggs, veg and fruit growing

My mum makes the animals, I do flowers and beaded willow for indoors
Hers take fom 3 hours (chicken) to several days (horse) and require several stages as need treating with linseed
Very labour intensive but so much fun and so rewarding!  :thumbsup:
Nothing better than creating something and someone liking it enough to buy it :)
