Sausage making is great fun - go for it.   :excited:   We only have a mincer with a sausage making attachment....but it works a treat  .
Did you ever stop to think, and forget to start again !!

You're going to have to unpack it and use it now, Heidi.  Photos of the results please.  Especially if it lands on the floor.   :roflanim:

I'm sure they will be fine though.

It only takes a few minutes to get the hang of it and the bit that goes wrong can be used again, well the sausage meat anyway. It takes a while to get set up, everything really clean etc. but you will feel good when you have all those sausages hanging on your clothes airer. You will need to hang them for a while to let everything set. If you haven't got a clothes airer a couple of broomsticks(new) or a couple of hazel wands from the hedge set over the backs of chairs will do.
Go for it, girl and good luck, you'll enjoy it!!
