Hen requires re-homing...urgent!
« on: August 15, 2012, 10:03:43 am »
Hi,

I have a lovely white star hen but unfortunately she is VERY loud!  I live in a residential area and have had chickens for the past 4 years.  I have never had this trouble before but she is squaking from 6am until all the hens have laid.  If any one would like to have her let me know asap.  I am in Glasgow but can deliver anywhere in Scotland.

Thank you!

She is welcome to come and live with my bunch provided she is relatively young (ie. still laying well) and in excellent health. I have a lot of squawkers already so she would fit right in. I am in North Fife.........seems a long way to go for 1 chicken, so feel free to wait and see if you get a more local offer.
