They do sometimes cough for a number of reasons (dusty, food caught in their throat, a cold) but providing they were wormed by the breeder you bought them from and aren't showing a temperature I would try to relax
If they weren't wormed before you got them - you're best to do this asap. The easiest way to do it is by injection

Your vet will be happy to come and show you how to do this if you've never done it before, or depending on where you are someone on here might be able to help.
A pig's temprature should be somewhere between 38.5 and 39.5 (taken rectally) if it's higher, it could be a sign of infection/fever - again, a quick jab of anti-biotic is normally all that's needed to clear it up. (But again, if you're new to pigs - check with your vet or a local pig keeper) They'll grow far better if they are fit & healthy
