Having my usual trawl through property sites and found this one, seems reasonably priced

I was trying not to say anything!

Anyway, as it happens, no 1 property is not far from me, maybe 3 miles or so. So anyone fancy being a nearish smallholder?

Oh yes?  ;D    Well the first one is certainly in a nice spot and has loads of potential for doing all sorts of things.

I'm sure the second one has been up for sale for at least a couple of years now. I remember looking at the pictures before we bought our place.  I mis-read the description too - I thought it was advertising "duck fighting".

Compared to prices around here they're for absolute pennies, the first one round here would be approx £600-750k and the 2nd one approx £900k!

ps i know who owns the first one!  ;)  Oink Oink!
