kune kune meat

my last 2 kune kunes are now short of 18 months old free range etc.... will the good joints be as good as 12 month old or is it best all sausages and burgers.

They'll still be okay I'd think Harry, if it does turn out to be a bit tough just compensate with a slow cook in liquid of some sort (slow cooker, stews etc) and pork mince is fantastic stuff ! I'm using it almost exclusively for lasagne, bolognaise and meatballs now  ;) :thumbsup:
If they're of a decent size, why not cure some bacon?  ;) :yum:
