New Deer Show
« on: July 17, 2012, 09:55:32 pm »
Our first show of the takes place this weekend at New Deer (4 miles away, really handy!)
We are showing 2 rams, (castlemilk and a shetland), 2 cstlemilk lambs, and 4 call ducks.
OH has been teaching me the correct way to walk with the ram, and how to make it stand
correctly, so it should be a push over........ha!

So I've got my check list

Whitish coat..
baling twine
hip flask

This will be my first time showing, have I forgotten anything?

And your second time will be the Scottish Smallholder and Grower Festival?

I may see you there as the Grandkids want to go, they fancy showing sheep but are unsure of how to go about it. So thet are wanting to find out what they would have to do.

They have some great theories.
Anyway I hope its dry.
