Hi All

Hi All

Just registered yesterday so thought I'd better say hello. I live in Angus and come from a farming background and have about 30 acres (some rented out at the moment), the last few years i've spent more and more time growing my own fruit and veg and now i am really interested in self sufficiency (in fruit and veg terms at least).  I also have a dog, five cats, a selection of chickens (but would like more) and i am thinking about sheep too!  All of this has to be looked after before and after work and at the weekends though because i work full-time.  Also interested in bee keeping but that's for the future I think.

I found this website when i was looking for chickens and I am now hooked on it.

Hope you don't mind me joining in!

Welcome from sunny/rainy Bedfordshire.  There's a wealth of knowledge here and most are still learning, so there are no daft questions (except for those just asked by someone else!)
Being certain just means you haven't got all the facts
