Old bag of spuds

HELP! please! .....plants have flowered, plants dying off, so how long
before I harvest them?........(OH luvs her chips!) ;D

You can take them now or leave them a few more weeks until all the follage is dried off. They will swell some more. If you are going to store them then maybe lift early on a dry day, knock off the soil and let the sun dry out the skins. Basically the skins will harden up with age if left in the ground after the plants have died back and a few hours in the sun will ensure you have a dry spud to store.
