mine arrived just this minute. no sight of the tomatoes yet.
I love corn salad, it's a wonderful nutty winter salad. Also tends to self seed so I leave it to flower and seed and have some again later in the same area.

my seed tatties and planters have arrived - came with 5 free seed packets too!!

will get the spuds out next weekend, they are on my windowsill chitting the now

My early potatoes have been in the ground for over a month now and nothing showing yet. I planted the late ones this week as all the farmers are getting their's in. Its still quite cold so I expect the ground is just not warm enough.

my earlies started to poke their heads out just when I was wondering if all was well with them...It also depends how deep you've been planting

Well I thought being too deep might be the reason so the other week moved some earth away in the hope i will get to see them soon.

they should be fine if that's the reason. My OH always want them really deep to my annoyance, as it gets so difficult to get them all out and you get more rogues the next year(s). The depth seems to help reducing green surface tubers. But I can understand your impatience!

If you are worried uses hand have a dig down until you find something (just stop before you get to Australia).

Mine are showing but mine arn't dug deep as they are in pots and sacks and i planted mid Mar/april.
