Just ordered the "free" spuds here (they come with  grow bags and 5 packets of veg seeds) and the toms offer at the same price. Only pay 3.99 P&P per offer

i couldn't find it either!!! DOH!!

I've just placed my order for the spuds, toms and raspberries!!

good thing about the spub planters is that you can get a good early start as well as a late harvest too.

I already had 3 planters - might get some friends to also place an order for me!!!

hmmmm, a wee scam from the good people at Thomson and Morgan - or is it an honest mistake???

i placed my order for my "free" plants - on the understanding i'd be paying the post and packing.

however, at the bottom of my order, i have been charged an additional £3.95 for post and packing.

annoyed email sent to the customer care team, but i advise you all to check your orders and make sure you haven't been charged incorrectly

Weird, maybe a blip in their programme.  Sure you'll get it sorted out - they're a reputable company.  Unlike me last year.  Ordered a conservatory from ConservatoryLand, then changed my mind by email - before my letter could have arrived.  It took a lot of persuasion from my lawyer to get my deposit back.  And they were breaking the law due to the legal cooling off period.

I had to try twice but it was ok once I went through the gardeners world offer link. A few other people complained about the problem on the grow-your-own forum. Hope you all get it sorted and only pay the P&P!

Has the payment gone through?  If not can you perhaps stop it?
