Looks like a doggy doo to me - a VERY BIG dog that only gets out once a day  :D

I don't actually know what animal left it. There are about five similar piles a few yards away from my chicken pens. It's an area where my geese hang out a lot but it's nothing like their droppings anywhere else.

Dog ate-a-lot and good at holding it until allowed.

Live in a cohousing community with small farm for our own use.  Dairy cows (rearing their own calves for beef), pigs, sheep for meat and fleece, ducks and hens for eggs, veg and fruit growing

Having done a bit of research it looks like they are goose droppings. Did you know an adult goose can produce 5 pounds of crap in a day?

having only just seen this i'd have guessed at goose as my first attempt my dog has a passion for the stuff so i know what it looks and smells like far too well!!!
