Try the probiotic yoghurt as well Zeeteecee! Sounds as though they are all being infected by something and fighting it off to varying degrees. Might take a few weeks to get the results- that's what we were quoted.

I know I may be talking too soon, but all at the moment is fine.no more new cases of whatever it is & the hens have all recovered & are beginning to lay again.
I have begin them on acv, couldn't get any pyrophoric nearby so its ordered & awaiting delivery.fingered crossed!
