And finally...

Mollie had a single girl at 5.30 this evening.

She was due last Sunday, thought she couldn't keep her legs crossed much longer.
She wanted to come in from the field when I came home at 1.30 and I spent the afternoon poping in and out to check on her. At 5.oo I walked over to see the new piglets and try to fuss them while they were eating.
As I came back to the yard heard loud bleats and shouts from the goat house and found Mollie straining hard with a fairly blue kid head and one front leg out, the other leg was back and stuck.  Good job I came back when I did.  Sucessfully delivered a big female kid, sucking well and looking good this evening.  And Mollie cleared her supper bucket as usual.

Wow , she's enormous, Poor Molly. Well done for getting that one out with those legs , can I suggest raising your fences to double height now to keep her contained.
Brilliant news.

She weighed in at 4.7kg, nearly as big as the two week old triplets.

My nannies are quite small, makes the kids look big.
I think it's the gaps under the fence that will be a problem, one of the triplets was playing with the lambs next door this afternoon.

Mollie's teats are so big I can't fit my hand round without squeezing.  I'm milking her and feeding back a bottle to the kid and some extra to top up the triplets, their Mum's so thin she needs a bit of help keeping up with demand.

I think Mollie may be the champion milker once she gets going, a litre morning and evening and no where near empty just soft enough to give the kid a chance to get hold.
