Hi and welcome from a wet Wales.     Surprisingly we could do with the rain so I'm not complaining

Hello Jellybean and Tillieclark. Welcome to the forum.

Afraid I know very little about Australia -sorry Jellybean. But I expect you have different ways of doing things that may be better than the established ones here. So I look forward to reading your posts.

i guessed from your posts in the pig forum that you were from strange parts.........i rest my case!
Welcome from a very grey and damp Yorkshire. I'm sure you'll throw an interesting light on the stuff we grapple with here in the UK.

Hi and welcome!
Whereabouts in Australia are you? I'm in Melbourne but planning to move back to the Macedon Ranges, where I grew up, as soon as I can afford to buy a place (and doing a lot of research in the mean time!). It's a pity there isn't really a good forum like this for us antipodeans, this one is great but I keep having to remember that everything's backwards - our sun is in the north, here it is currently winter, etc etc.
Enjoy!
Alice
planning to have: beef cattle, a house cow (or two), maybe some goats, definitely some hens and ducks, a lovely farm with rolling hills and a stream running through the back paddock, and a cottage covered with climbing roses and an old wood-fired stove.
