Help! What wireless router?
« on: May 17, 2012, 02:25:03 pm »
Should I get to work with satellite broadband? Tooway do one that costs £59.99 but I am a tight arse and don't want to pay this much. Just looked on ebay and I am confused as to which will actually work.
Silly Spangled Appenzellers, Dutch bantams, Lavender Araucanas, a turkey called Alistair, Muscovy ducks and Jimmy the Fell pony. No pig left in the freezer, we ate him all!

I have the Solwise system, which I had with the microwave broadband previously and now satellite broadband. It works by sending the signal through the house wiring. The bonus is that you then plug their little 'homeplug' into a socket wherever you are and magically, you get a wireless signal - conservatory, goat byre, kitchen..... the walls here are 3ft thick so no wireless signal will pass through them.
