I was invited to a charity dinner at Windsor with Charlie and current spouse but was abroad so OH was paired with an American who was gobsmacked

We were hunt extras in a film called Easy Virtue with Colin Firth, Jessica Biel, Kristin Scott Thomas and Ben Biel.  Met none of them and the film bombed but it was a ton of fun

Our client list includes several famous people but i'm not sure i'm allowed to name them  ??? but they are all very nice and incredibly normal and down to earth.  Sorry that's not a lot of use.

Forgot - Rick Astley gate crashed my flat warming party years ago, and was very polite and Introduced himself, to which I said "I think everybody here knows who you are Rick". Charming person.

We were parked up with our 'Ivorwilliams' trailer at Bristol show when this very posh HUGE horse box pulled in alongside.  Turned out to be Princess Annes - there was some dressage competions at the show. We were showing small hunter/riding horse classes.  A little later on a small fair hair girl was playing around the horse box and hid herself in the grooms compartment.  This guy came charging round all in a panic looking wildley around...i pointed to the grooms door - he was very relieved it was Zara Phillips playing hide-and-seek...  We were thanked by Princess Anne and the security guy...  also meet Anne at a craft fair I had a stand in at her home in Gloucestershire.

I always manage to do/say something very stupid when around famous people. My sister got an invite to some posh gallery do thing- sponsored by jack Daniels (which I love), so she invited me... I ended up talking to Simon from the pop band Blue, well to cut a long story short, I told him he was thick as mince for not understanding a card trick and then asked him if he wanted to go and get cheesy chips after the do, weirdly enough he declined.  In my defence I was more then a bit merry on free booze.

Oh and I told Davina Thingy off big brother's husband he needed to shrink his ego, get his head out of his arse and man up, when filming Pet Rescue at the RSPCA centre I was working at at the time- I had a ton of stuff to do, had been forced to to a thing with him with a kitten and didn't have all day for him to sort his makeup out!

I have met Cliff Richard a couple of times , each time i didn't know it was him till after he had gone !
I also stood next to my all time music hero (if there is such a thing ?) , in a queue in my local supermarket .
I remember thinking " that bloke is the spitting image of Billy Fury ! " . I had no idea he had a smallholding nearby.
I had seen him about a few times . Wish i had said something to him though , as only a few weeks later he died !
Also had a pint with good old Joe Brown , a really nice bloke.
Me and a mate of mine were chatting to some girls once , they were the Nolans !
I also smacked Brian Conley (sp) of the sweet , in the face in a pub . He was pissed and being a total prat , i was waiting for some mates . Upshot was i told him to piss off or i would hit him, he kept on so i dropped him . Well more like skittled him across the floor with a cracker of a right hook. The next week he was on  top of the pops with a black eye lol.

met HM and Prince Philip, who shook his head when when I asked if he was going to get a round of beer in for us. Actor Peter Davidson and his then wife actress Sandra Dickinson, had a coversation about boats. Richard Branson, talked about canals. Presenter Stuart Hall, misrable git until camera turned on. Singer Gloria Gaynor whie helping set up stage. Pinched a few record picture sleeves for Pete Shelley lead singer of the Buzzcocks in exchange for  a copy of their 'orgasm addict' ep. Swopped my bondage jacket for a copy of 'live at the roxy' lp on red vinyl with Pete Burns. Had a good drinking session with the Damned, the Clash and several other groups.much to the delight of the lads i worked with, let naked models from 'razzle' to have pics taken at my place of work, got sacked by council, never found out how they knew.

Not into autograph hunting, but we seem to have Corrie actors, and footballers living around us.  Quite often see them around.  Went into the petrol station to pay, on the services, and Katie Price was in the queue.  Hubby was furious HE had not gone in :)

Bill Podmore who was the Producer for Corrie some time back lived near us, and the actor who played Billy Walker used to get the same train as me going to work ......oh, and Pat Phoenix(Elsie Tanner) had the pub in the village where I now keep my goats, and Betty Driver also from Corrie, ran the pub next to the house I grew up in, with her sister.

See the Duke of Edinburgh when we go to driving events.  Pat his ponies, but never dared speak to him.  Stood next to Princess Anne and Also Princess Diana - even more stunning in the flesh.

The Whittakers, of show jumping fame lived on a farm nearby.  My then boyfriends sister lived in a cottage, and every time they went up the lane in their massive horse truck, they took her garden bench!!

See Sean Wilson who played Martin who was married to Gail on Corrie, quite often, as he lives nearby and now runs his own cheese making company :)

Edwina Curry lives just up the road too.

Probably lots more people moving here, now the TV centre has moved to Manchester.  We had a couple looking at our house for that reason.

Can't believe I forgot my best story.  (I think I may have told it here before, so forgive me it I repeat myself!)

I used to have a tame jackdaw, it went everywhere with me.  It flew alongside me on the bicycle, it travelled on a perch made of an old paddle in the car, and flew about wherever we went, coming back to a whistle.

One day out cycling we came upon a nice looking pub and in we went, leaving the jackdaw perched on the handlebars outside.

As we chatted to the barman I was looking about the pub, taking in the pictures on the walls, gradually realising that one of them was of the barman now serving me pictured with Dave Lee Travis (DLT), who those of us of a certain age will recall as the hairy monster DJ.  Slowly it dawned that I was being served a lager by Don Fardon, a one-hit-wonder singer in the 60s, whose single Indian Reservation had been one of the first I ever bought as a youngster.

Meanwhile, he'd been chatting to my companion and was starting to say, "You're the people with the jackdaw?  Can I see it?"

So both of us were starstruck in each other's presence!   :D
