Hi I have 6 orphan lambs all 5-6 weeks old, they are now on creep and cut their milk down to 1/2 bottle morning and evening, evening the lamb that I had trouble with the bottle earlier on is flourishing on creep. If they are hungry they will eat it- previously they have sniffed and picked at it, today and yesterday when their milk was cut down they had their 1/2 bottle then got stuck in with creep and hay, they didn't even come up for air! So it sounds like you're doing everything right :)
