Worm them asap, use Flubanvet from your local farm supply shop.  Try some chicken spice in their food and a little cider vinegar in their water which helps their gut.  Also some mixed grit (again from farm supply shop). Maybe redmites in their house? Try to start narrowing it down - how old are they?  Is there something that they are getting at and nibbling if they are free range.  What was previously on the land they are pecking at - has someone sprayed something or weed killed?  It could be lots of things Peacocks, such a sad situation, I'm sure it'll get better quickly when you have sussed it out.  Good luck :-\
registered soay, castlemilk moorit  and north ronaldsay sheep, pygmy goats, steinbacher geese, muscovy ducks, various hens, lots of visiting mallards, a naughty border collie, a puss and a couple of guinea pigs

Such a difficult task ruling out what it may or may not be.
As goose pimple says, worm ASAP with flubenvet. It won't do any harm if worms aren't the problem.
Observe them closely for any rasping noise when breathing, any coughing. Are they eating fine. Completely disinfect coop in case of red mite and check birds for mites or lice.
Check eyes and nostrils are clear. The answers to these may help in diagnosing the problem.

Fingers crossed you manage to sort it soon, it is so worrying not knowing what the problem is.  :bouquet:

can you give us some more details?  How long have you had them, how many, age?  What type of pasture are they on - anything nasty they can get at?  any swelling around chooks eyes or other physical signs?  could there be anything in their water if they have a running stream etc?  how long has this been going on?
