Small holding and my daughter
« on: April 25, 2012, 11:43:43 am »
My eldest India is only 13 and has really taken on the thought of becoming a farmer of some sort she has chosen her options around farming and trying to get practice in farming even though she is too young to earn in the last Weeks she has been lambing and worked on a mixed small farm and soon is off to work with pigs i just want to say how proud i am of her and after working with her when lambing she is a real little worker not afraid of getting dirty and will try anything . bless her she is only 5ft tall and she was trying to handily bales of straw i as a dad and country boy will do all i can for her and in time we will get a small holding and her a flock to work with .... that's it really just wanted to say something really

Sim, that's lovely, really lovely, she sounds a lot like my daughter, not pink, likes getting dirty, loves animals.   keep it going......by the way, we had a cat called Simba ( acutally it was Magic Simba ) and welcome to the forum!
