i made the first rhubarb tart yesterday delicious  :yum: :yum:

I am so jealous, I had to transplant mine this year and it is going well but not nearly enough to use just yet

Looks delicious.  Made my first rhubarb crumble of the season at the weekend and now thinking of having ago at making jam.

Delicious now we only have your word for it the only fair way to judge is to make another one and send it to me for my expert judging as Ive been eating rhubarb tart as long as I can remember my very very favorite mmmmm. ;D :) ;)

We've just eaten our first forced rhubarb. Sublime! (Though I say so myself). Gently simmered for 5 mins with a sprinkling of sugar and ginger. I just wished there had been more.
