is there anywhere I can get free seeds?

Gods I hate writing this, but just at the beginning of the growing season, my finances have gone arse over tits :(

I will be sorted in 6-8 wees but will have missed a huge chunk of valuable growing time by then.
Does anyone know where I can get free seeds from.

Anything that will
a) feed us
b) use space that would otherwise get weedy
I have already got beans, gherkins, leaf salad, beetroot, brocolli and mange tout peas.
But I will grow anything that will keep us fed ;D

I've none to offer, but try this site which appears to be offering free seeds if you send a SAE. Good luck!

How about a separate thread for seed/plant exchange?  Would just need location and list of what is available
