Not sure how old you are but, you should watch your back as its hard to repair, unlike most buildings.......push yourself too much and you live to regret it!!

how true!! i was a roadie for 15 years and am living with my back issues everyday!

I've suffered from back pain from lifting over the years - just cos you can lift something doesnt mean you should - but strangly enough the worst thing thats happened to my back was from doing an 8 hour trip in a nissan nivara - got sciatica and could even s**t over the bed in a bucket for months.

I've pretty much got to the point where I recognise that although I can lift and shift it at the time - its best not to, especially if your infront of 'the boys' and your trying to play catch-up.

You can work through muscular back pain - but not when there is grinding and trapping going on!

I wish - we have lots more weather like today

no excess mud on boots, just a trace and all goats and kids out playing - this is what is all about - saying that I'll be up for a late night check as next kidding due soonish!!

I wish that the stones in my ground would part at the sight of my spade, so that planting 100 bare rooted whips was as easy as I know it can be, not the pickaxing hell that I suspect it will be!  And also that I could tear myself away from my coffee and this forum and get out there and do it!!! .  Sorry. 2 wishes, and not that small. Greeedy.
