Kaitlin off school, so 3 in the house all day and Becca is bringing a friend home from school, so it's about to get even louder  Just as well the volume dial on my stereo goes well above their level

Lifesaving

Been on a lambing course and now feel confident to do tubing and inter-peritoneal glucose injections. Hoping I won't have to though

Lazy

Network Rail men here for last few days doing fencing so gate wide open, dogs on lead to run in front paddock instead of full walk as I have a chest infection.  Tried taking them to woods on Wednesday with a friend but came back shattered, so not trying again till I can breathe properly.  Won't do them any harm for a day or so. So missing a show tomorrow too, hope I'm better for the grandchildren on Sunday's sleepover.

The frozen water meter exploded but was replaced within 2 hours and we have filled a bin  in the kitchen with water .
