Probably the wrong name, but maybe someone will tell me the right one! Watched something on TV with one of the celebrity chefs (can't remember which one!) where they were boning chickens against the clock - the professionals could do a carcass in 11 seconds!

The point of all this rambling? They put the carcass onto a post type thing whilst they cut the meat off it. Where would you buy such a thing?

why not try making one of your own, a base and a thick pole to go inside the chicken, sort of someting like a cat scratching post
