do you do your tax return online?
do they send you a reminder in the post still?

(sorry to be nosey - o/h hasn't had a reminder this year, did return online for first time last year, but not heard anything)

no they don't do reminders i heard it on the radio the other day £100 fine for late return even if you don't owe them anything :farmer:

good reason?
they tried to fine my father in law a year after he passed away, and he hadn't needed to file a return since he retired!
AND they lost the first copy of they letter we returned them stating he didnt owe anything or need to file a return

my husband had better get filing then!!

i havent had a reminder i dont think, but have a huge pile of paperwork sat there waiting so could be lurking somewhere. yes i do it online, jus very lazy when it comes to that sort of thing.  >:( :(   ;)

Aren't we all?  I keep promising myself (every time I clear the paper heap) that I'm going to file/deal with stuff as it comes in.  You should see the heap that accumulated over the holiday.

Tax return is done though.  :)
