So so true, only she is only 5 - middle aged pig? - the grumpy bit is oh so true.  However, I am reliably assured that mangalitsas are far more even tempered and incredibly gentle.

They sound very tempting.  Being a first timer an even tempered pig sounds like what I need!

Milly Molly and Hamish were our first mangalitzas, very friendly and good tempered...however in Hamish's case we are always cautious when entering his enclosure as he is a boar and like all boars its always best to be ready for the unexpected :pig:
