All Clear.

I had my cancer check up the other week and was given the all clear. Still get checked  once a year for another 5 years but it has given me a boost. The first Shetland mare that I bought as a 3 year has come up for sale with her foal at foot. She is not a show mare are but breeds lovely foals. Every one has won championships. I have bought her back and she will be with us the end of September. My plan is to run her next year with my chestnut stallion, keep whatever she has to show and sell on when broken. I have no plans to start up my stud the way it was before I got cancer but this way we get the lovely Sunshine back and I can carry on showing for a few more years .I found it very hard when I had to sell all my mares and fillies but Sunshine was my first which made her one very special lady. I sold her along with her 6 year old daughter to the same stud but as things turned out the couple split up and Sunshine came up for sale, she was meant to come back to us I feel.

 :excited:

So pleased for you on both counts.  Cancer is such a horrible thing to live with and beating it is out of this world! Congratulations!

And to get your first mare back must be the icing on the cake.
