Wanted - Muscovy drake (or duck) - East Fife
« on: November 17, 2011, 05:41:25 pm »
Hi,

We're looking for a muscovy drake to keep our last and lonely muscovy duck company. She doesn't like the hens so much and we lost the other female ducks to the fox. We'll take another female if that's available, but thought it might be easier to find a drake going spare.

Thanks!  :&>

Failing finding another muskovy, i have 2 spare cross breed drakes that are looking for a home. there is one first generation IRxKC and the other is a realy mix, but is a the largest male i have. they probably won't be ideal but i'm sure they could give it a go  ::)

i'm just outside cupar, your more than welcome to have a look at them  :&>

so did i  :(   but the line went quiet the day after i sent you an email, i never got any correspondence after telling them that i could drop them off on the arranged date. i have phoned them a few times - even sent a work colleague round to see if they were in before i called  ::)

but here i am - two lovely birds, stuck in a pen eating food, but no heart to kill them for eating  ::)

Hi Cameron,
Thanks for the offer, but as we've only got space for a few ducks we wanted to stick to Muscovies, at least for now. I'll see whether we can get a Muscovy drake as someone else has given us a lead, but if she's still lonely in a bit we might have to get back in touch!
Thanks!  :&>

Oh! We have one black female muscovy which we would look to rehome. We only have 3 ducks now, and she has to live with a pair of call ducks now that her sister has died.

We are in Falkirk area- possibly can meet somewhere to swap, or maybe even deliver. Probably would have to be a weekend though.

Hi

We have a young Muscovy drake if you are still interested. We are just north of Arbroath at Lunan Bay.
