I'll call and put my bit in to support although we've had a slow start and my girls seem to be extra fussy and I have only been using a tiny bit as they won't eat their feed and as they are pregnant I don't want to rock the boat there - The billy is not so fussy so hoping for some signs soon (if he smelt more like the mineral that would be a +!!)

Have phoned and passed on my findings.  From my phone conversation, it does sound as if all testers gave a positive review of the minerals, which has to be good news.

Just got to wait and see now, and hope it goes on the market.

Thanks for the reminder Roxy - just called - and does sound hopeful - although as I said my girls are very fussy so only getting a tiny bit so not much to see but one of the wethers is certainly not scratching as much - he has a bit of a skin condition and I do believe it's helped him

Have now emailed in my findings which were good.  Just wish I'd had more than 3 days' supply to give a better idea.

Well, I have finally got through the amount sent in the post on my 3 pygmy goaties.  They ate it without complaint.  I honestly can't say I've noticed anything different about them and I'm still searching because I want to find something.  Gave them all a good groom yesterday and they were all smiling as usual.  I'll keep looking though, maybe their teeth are whiter? ;)

Goats in different areas will respond in various ways.... we have been astonished by some of the findings so far.

Not all will show outward signs... making it rather more difficult to assess.

Thank you for mine wytsend, it was a bit of a, struggle getting them to take it, but they did eventually. I can't really say objectively that I have or have not seen improvement, but thanks though.

I noticed that my sulking goat was producing more at milking time while she was on the minerals.  Now she's gone back to hardly anything unless I catch her before Curry does.

This proves beyond all doubt that your area is deficient in essential elements that your girls need.

Hopefully there will be some more produced in the next week orso.

Have you given your findings to Kym at Brinicombes.... if not could you ring her please... this is important extra info.

I've been giving it to my two for over a week now. We think that Nicky has a more pronounced white stripe down her back and that the rest of her is perhaps a bit more "golden", Polly face markings seem more pronounced, but I'm going to have a look at some photo's for confirmation. The milk yield hasn't changed appreciably. They've eaten it happily enough mixed up with some soaked alfalfa pellets.

I've still got at least a weeks worth left I think so I'll report more fully when we are done ;D

I must learn to check what I write.  That was supposed to be suckling goat.  My goats don't sulk.  ;D  I emailed Kym but I haven't heard anything back so hope she did get my email.  Tonight I got just over a pint of milk so obviously beat Curry to it but when she was on the minerals I was get 1 1/2 pints and once, two pints so it did make a difference.  Would be interesting to try when Curry is weaned or gone.
