Don't know where Kingennie is but welcome to the forum!  Look froward to hearing more about you and yours.

Hullo! Nice to see you here. I've emailed Davie about the pigglies - if I don't hear from him by Saturday, I'll see if he's at the hog roast. See post about the Scottish Pig Keepers Association hog roast in Coffee Lounge - we're going and a few other folk we know, so if you fancy it you'd be very welcome. Kids can go too.

Annie, Kingennie - pronounced Kin - gennie not King - ennie, which is what I thought it was  ::) - is between us and Dundee roughly  ;D

Good luck with the new life ! I guess that you may not get the full rewards of the smallholding for a few months but at least you have time to plan and work on what to do for 2012. Good luck.

Hi from north Cumbria
Don't listen to the money men - they know the price of everything and the value of nothing

Live in a cohousing community with small farm for our own use.  Dairy cows (rearing their own calves for beef), pigs, sheep for meat and fleece, ducks and hens for eggs, veg and fruit growing
