As part of the SCBA AGM day, we visited a woman who uses milk from her Shetland cows to produce cheese. Dan's quite taken with this and has been planning his cheese enterprise. Since we live in Barry, he's thought of the following cheeses:
Barry White - a rich, full fat white cheese, which will be finished in a jet black wax.
Barry Sheene - it won't last long, but it'll be very tasty. Finished in red wax, with a number 7.
Barry McGuigan - a small cheese, but full of chillies and packing a real punch.
Barry Ferguson - starts promisingly, but goes off after 15 minutes.
Barry Cryer - full of raw onion.
And of course for the meat lovers, giving a true taste of Scotland, Barry Venison.
He's good, huh? I hope his actual cheese is as good as the names
