Welcome Chris and husband   I envy you the opportunity to buy a smal holding and can understand your frustration.  This time next year, you'll look back and wonder why you got uptight about it, as you gaze out on your veg beds and all the animals.  Good luck! :)   :goat:

Chris

we have just got our place not far up the road, on the edge of the Brecons yes it sometimes feels that you are looking for and asking for the impossible. We were looking for 8 months before we found the right place for us.
Good luck

Jim.

If you are determined to you will make it. Hang on in there you know the saying, all good things are worth waiting for. We are near the Carmarthanshire/Pembrokeshire/ Ceredigion border and it is fab. Maybe just a little further west than you were contemplating but some good smallholdings around at good prices compared with other areas and tou will always be made welcome.

Hi Chris. I am in Ceredigion and travel across Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire for my job. It is the most beautiful place to live. There seem to be quite a few properties for sale around Ceredigion at the moment so I am sure that your perfect place will come along soon (if you havent already found it).
