Does anybody know.........

A couple of years ago I read a book written by a farmer who, for reasons I can't remember, decided to eat nothing that he hadn't caught or gathered from the wild on his farm.
Does anybody know the title of this book ? Any idea how I could find out?

I can kind of vaguely remember hearing something about it, but that's no help!
