Has anyone got a good recipe for Welsh Rarebit?

2oz butter,1 tbsp flour,1 tsp mustrad powder, 4 fl oz bitter, 4oz grated extra mature cheddar, generous pinch cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, salt an pepper. Bread, sliced.

Melt the butter, stir in the flour and mustard powder. When smooth, whisk in the bitter and cook gently to thicken. Add the cheese, a dash of Worcestershiresauce, salt and peppers. The mixture should become doughlike. Remove from the heat and allow to cool, chill in the fridge. Roll out to 1/4" thick , put on the bread and grill until it bubbles.

To be honest, I don't know if it's good but it's a recipe  ;D
