we just boiled half a gammon in 4 litres of orangina for 90 mins then took the rind of and scored the fat and poured a mix of honey , soft brown sugar mustard and marmalade on it and put it in the oven for another 45 mins, it was heaven with new pots and dwarf beans straight from the garden
