Its just clicked - we named one of the kids "Willow" this year!  
After the fact her mum & "grandma" (Geraldine's adopted mum) absolutely love to eat it, and the day before they were born she had a ton of it! we weren't expecting the kids that soon, so I said it must have been the willow!
And its part of our street name.
never realised its her real grand-dam's name!

You're right about the breed standard colours, but as they are still so rare I imagine there are all colours/patterns registered....
