Reward for Information......
« on: February 08, 2009, 10:08:53 am »
.......leading to the recovery of three horses, removed without the owner's permission, from a farm (in Angus)belonging to a friend of mine.

One black cob mare, 14.2/14.3, some white on her face, and heavy in foal.

One liver chestnut, with flaxen mane and tail, Welsh section D mare, 14.2, and heavy in foal.

One black cob filly, rising 2.......this filly has a white horseshoe shaped marking on her offside low rib/belly area.

These horses were transported in a green Bedford TK lorry around two weeks ago, and this vehicle may have been driven by a tall lean man of Jamaican type.

The horses may be anywhere, but are believed to still be in Scotland but, for obvious reasons, may be secreted somewhere.

Any information would be greatly appreciated and may be PM'd to me.............I will either pass it on, or will bring the parties together.

The police are aware of the situation.

Thank you.

I have friends nearby with horses, I will print this post and take it up to them today.  Also there are two equine centres nearby I will contact too.
Always have been, always will be, a WYSIWYG - black is black, white is white - no grey in my life! But I'm mellowing in my old age

It disgusts me that some people feel they have the right to do this kind of thing  >:(
I'll pass it on to everyone I know who's involved with horses and hopefully we can find out something - photos would be great if there are any
