How exciting! I don't watch television but if you let us know when you'll be on I will make sure I see it. Definitely a new outfit is called for( black takes pounds off of you) but do remember to groom the goats BEFORE you get changed! :o
Looking forward to seeing you.

how fab Lisa.  Just enjoy it and forget the cameras - it'll be really enjoyable to chat about all the things that are important to you.  and so many others will benefit from it - well done x

Not a tv star but my recipe for spotty pig pies was in the farmer's Weekly week before last so we're doing well between us.
I like escape to the country as well, look forward to seeing you in the autumn.

I love that and the other househunting programmes too - reckon I'd make a great renovator project manager too if I just had a builder in the family to do the donkey work ;)

Will definitely watch if you tell us the date, tho I reckon it'll be hours of work for a 10 second clip of which 8 will be the presenter talking ::)

I reckon forget the new outfit and the tidying - show how it really is and go for the authentic hair covered jumper/fleece look with big muddy wellies :) Then you can enjoy it rather than look worried (about your clothes) and uncomfortable, and maybe you'll be the next big star ;D

;D  Black clothes defintately a good idea apart from milking goat being white and hairy  ;) - will groom and bath goats on sunday (with Its Baaath time soap of course LOL)
They've said my little bit will last about 3 minutes but take around 2 hours to film (!)  I love the programme and am so excited to be part of it, albeit for a diddy minute, and mores to the point it will be so fab to share with others how our own escape to the country has literally changed and improved our lives so much. Prior to living here, I was a stressed, depressed 30 something working for the NHS and not wanting to go to work each day - still a 30 something but although I collapse into bed most nights, I still spring out of it again in the morning ready for a lovely day. I hope it always feels like this!
Mandy - spotty pig pies sound fab! have you put the recipe on the section here on tas? I'd like to try them.

Ive been on telly twice, once many years ago, I was on Songs of Praise, our school choir was invited to help with the singing! Then years later, I was on The Money Programme, demonstrating a cash on a card system. I met quite a few celebs through that too.
Nothing to do with goats I know, but it was quite exciting at the time!

I was interviewed on BBC news about perinatal mental health 4 years ago. A young mum had thrown her newborn baby out of a window (he was ok thankfully!) and our charity was contacted for an 'expert' - muggins was chosen  ;) It was fine really - I think this time though I am working with that old saying of 'never work with animals or children...' and dreading what my goats might do!

No, but the dog running across the green towards Tom Baker as Dr Who in the episode that had all the first three (or was it four? can't remember) doctors in, that dog was my dog.

One of my housemates had a "Dr Who scarf", and Moses really loved him.  So when he saw a Dr Who scarf the other side of the green he assumed it was Paul and ran over to him.  Tom Baker was lovely about it.

I was in a lift with Patrick Troughton once.  Never met any of the other doctors although I did see David Tennant on stage (years before everyone else realised how good he was.)

I was asked to be interviewed on local radio once but I knew I would be hopeless so refused.  Well done all of you who have done TV - truly terrifying, I would find it!

I do!  Though maybe not in the 50s - but it ran for many many years, didn't it?  Eamonn Andrews then Michael Aspel?

So which celeb was the subject when you were on it?  And what was your link with them?
