Commit lots of crime but be clever and have wealthy family thats how!!

I am only posting this to get it off my chest as I have posted about this person before, they have certainly highlighted how some people get high powered jobs.
This person has committed most crimes including Schedule 1 offences and fraud and has been tried and let off, they still are climbing the ladder in an extremely responsible role with very vulnerable people, not sure how they still are working but know they do have powerful connections.

This to me makes a mockery of the police check system.......I am completely gob smacked 

P.S, strangely enough they have always been very nice to me although they drew me into some knowledge of crimes, very clever person who is playing horrid games with people!!!!
Rant over..off for a coffee before I say too much as my lips are sealed otherwise I may end up in sausages or pies, a pastime one of their ancestors loved SUPOSIDLY

There are systems for keeping criminals away from vulnerable adults (learning difficulties for example) and children. If you know stuff about this person and they're working with the above, contact the DfE.

If they're employed and you have got details, you could contact their employer directly.

The difficulty is that if they've been tried and found not guilty, they're considered not to have done it so it wouldn't appear on a CRB (criminal records bureau) check

Committing financial crime is the way to go.  Who has been prosecuted over the collapse of the banks.  Doing bad deals that pay huge bonuses but bust banks is unethical, immoral and legal.

i mean how many bankers have actually even been criticised in the press?  Two, three?

I was told when studying socialolgy, crime is considered worse and punnished more if it has more of an economic effect on the wealthy!!

Not sure thats the case with bankers but the richer the person commiting the crime the less they are punished, 

 Working in Social Services I never met a middle class family with children in care, I know it can happen...but it was a rare event durring the time I worked in the field although I did know a women who seperated and was middle class but then got into drugs so dropped a few classes as she lived with a dealer and her children were taken into care!! I was told that wealthy people can fight a better battle and so get off, maybe the bankers are in that categary?

My person is also from a very well connected family and one day they will be head of I just know it, I bet if I were to steal a pen from Tesco I would def not get off!!!!!! I am just sooooo amazed how criminals get off!!! And who said crime does not pay???

Crime must pay or there would not be so many career criminals.

Oh yes.  Nice people - with rare exceptions - don't climb the greasy pole as well as those that grease the palms.  On 1st July the Bribery Act comes into force.  It will transform business and everyone will become nice.  Or possibly not.

the world is full of corruption especially in the corporate world, people do not know the half of it but I suspect that so much more goes on than we could ever imagine, funny how supermarkets always get their way in the end despite vast opposition against new stores.

Funny how we start off in life so nieve, I worked in so many fields of social care and came across some bad cases but then thats what you expect!!! THat saying is so true, its not what you know but who you know!!!!!

I can never understand why we used to send poor people , or , as the government knows them ' criminals ' to Australia, surely Greenland would have made a more hostile penal colony. And before anyone points it out, yes ,I do know it is not one of ours...

 Hmm. Greenland doesn't belong to England only because there is no financial gain for them there, otherwise they would have marched in and taken over! But that's another story.
Seriously, Sandy, if you know this is going on you must report it. If you don't want to do it yourself send me the details in confidence and I'll do it. Or at least get it checked out.
Imagine your child, brother, sister etc. being abused and not able to do anything about it. Personally, I would bring back the death penalty for people who do this.
