another day, another hatching!

... so far, 5 Light Sussex and one silver pencilled Wyandotte chick hatched!
  :chook:  :chook:  :chook:  :chook:  :chook:
I think the eggs were a little older than we thought - the first hatched while the turner was still on, then was lonely the first night! (friday)
then there was one more ... then another ... etcetera.
So who knows when we'll get the final "head count"    ;D

so jealous of everybody who started hatching weeks ago, mine are due next week.

I'm getting impatient for th next hen to turn broody  ::)
