Hi from Donside. Excusing my ignorance but what does a hawk dog do?

Work with birds of prey!  As opposed to working to the gun, which a couple of mine do.
Always have been, always will be, a WYSIWYG - black is black, white is white - no grey in my life! But I'm mellowing in my old age
